Body Image Issues – Is It A real Problem?
Do you think that there is a real problem in the USA today with body image? If so, then is the nudist movement truly involved in trying to correct it? Is Europe any better?
I think body image issues are a “real problem;” They can cause depression, fear, anxiety, eating disorders, envy, suicide: If these things are not real problems, I don’t know what are.

I think the “nudist movement” helps someone every time they teach a person that their body is okay the way it is. That can happen on a regular basis when simply promoting Nudism, to individuals, as a healthy lifestyle choice.
It is only my personal opinion, but I believe body image problems mainly exist in societies that have a unhealthy focus on how people look; The USA and Canada definitely have this problem.
