the atraction of nudism is comfort. I just feel more comfortable without clothing on. Being social creatures, I also enjoy to spend time with friends. We enjoy playing cards, or other games. If you have never gone skinny dipping, you will never believe the difference between swimming with and without a suit. Just to experience the sensation, visit a lake or other swimming facility, lakes work better because of the murky water, and less visibility, and slip your suit down to allow the parts normally cover by your suit to be uncovered. It will be more comfortable in murky water where noone will notice. If possible, remove your suit and carry it in your hand as you glide through the water. Skinny dipping is the BIGGEST difference of sensation for the nudist, at least for me. Showering, bathing or sitting in a hot tub is nowhere near being in open water and swimming nude. Being a nudist is also “green” as it requires less air conditioning and laundry, although most nudist don’t give a rats butt about being green (they much prefer being free).

The attraction of nudism for me is the chance to relax. For some reason, when I am in the nude, I find that I am able to relax SO much more. I don’t worry about who sees me, since I’m not much to look at anyway. The feeling of fresh air all over my body is pretty neat!
The main attraction is the liberation from the self shame and lack of acceptance people have developed toward each other. Beyond that, it simply feels good. As it should. Our bodies weren’t designed to enjoy being covered up.
