LikeDislikePersonally, Mental health…yes. Physical health…I think so. The largest organ of your body is your skin, it is designed to breath. Textiles (non-nudists) have no concept of the liberation of swimming without a wet bathing suit. I challenge anyone reading this, next time you go swimming and have some privacy, slip your bathing suit off and swim across the pool, around for 20 yards in a lake or ocean. Then slip the suit back on. Go on, I dare you, You will realize the difference immediately, as long as you have some privacy. To experience the liberation of skinny dipping, you really have to feel comfortable in your surroundings. No, taking a bath, or sitting in the hot tub just isn’t the same…believe me. But to answer the question about nudism being healthy. If stress is bad for your health, then Yes, nudity is good for your health!

LikeDislikeI feel like I soak up more of the sun’s vitamin C which makes me feel more rejuvenated. My body is also less constricted, not weighted down and can release heat naturally. Also there is less stress too without having to worry about what to wear. So I would say definitely yes nude is healthier.
