Where can I participate in nudism as a male with PGAD?
I have a unique medical disorder called PGAD, and it basically means I’m erect constantly. Will any nudist resorts make an exception for this issue? Or how do I address it with them?
My nudism is a necessity for me, wearing clothing is very very difficult and painful, so I’m at a dilemma.
According to Wikipedia, only women can get PGAD so I think you question is fake.
Of all the medical issues to have, this one might be the most difficult to have in social nudism. Walking around with an erection is normally a huge no-no at nudist resorts / nude beaches. But in this case obviously there’s not much you can do about it.
Anyway I do think there’d be certain resorts that would make the exception for you. I would call whatever place you’re interested in and carefully explain the issue. Hate to say it but some clubs & resorts are of the mindset that everyone who’s interested in their place must be a creep or perv until they prove otherwise. Since your condition is rare, you may find people are a little suspicious that you might be some weirdo pretending to have this issue. So I would make it a point to explain that you understand what nudism is about & that it’s not sexual, etc. You might be the first person to ever ask them erection questions in terms of a medical issue like this one, but Tom at Terra Cotta says they get a few men every year who call & claim to have this problem. When asked for something like a doctor’s note for proof, they disappear. So other nudists have recommended being ready to show proof that this is indeed a legit medical issue.
For places to go, you might consider resorts that also host sexual / swinger events. I understand if public / open sex is not your thing, but some of these places are part-time nudist & part-time swinger, catering to both groups at different times. They may be more open & understanding, really. I haven’t visited any gay-oriented campgrounds, but others have said some of them are more tolerant of erections. Ones that are geared toward adults would likely be your best bet. A few places to look into: Freedom Acres (CA), Caliente Resorts (Florida & Dominican Republic) and Hedonism (Jamaica). Others may have more suggestions!
