What if I have quite a bit of questions about nudism?

-

Hello, I am 23 and single male. I’ve been “into” nudism for about 15 months now. I discovered all about the joys of nudism in July 2014 when I researched about it, then decided to start in October 2014. I’ve typed how to become a nudist on Yahoo Answers and gotten quite a bit of good responses, but it wasn’t enough. So, after getting some concerns last May, I decided to go on a nudist site called netnude.com for asking nudists questions there. I typed quite a lot on a section “new to naturism” and got answers to some questions. OK, however some questions have gotten unanswered. Then, I heard of a page on Reddit on nudism and discovered that just over a month ago. I typed in information on nudism and that I had concerns and questions still, but the problem is that the moderator of that page removed my post. And it had questions left unanswered! Well, if I have quite a bit of questions, like how to be naked without getting in trouble by family or friends especially, where to swim naked, how to let family and friends know I’m interested in nudism, how to participate in nude recreation, what to do if who you’re living with doesn’t approve of being naked in front of them, how to stop worrying about what others think of me being a nudist completely, letting others know of a nudist household to make, what to do when guests are at your nudist household and you visit friends and family, finding nudist resorts and clubs, and going to nudist events. Many people have other concerns like what about if they are a family with young children, if a man gets an erection, or having a reluctant partner, but that’s not me – I know the solutions to those concerns/problems. I’m not here for porn. When I asked a question on Yahoo Answers on my nudist concerns someone responded that I can send them an e-mail through Yahoo Answers but I don’t know where to go for that. I’ve read tons of others who got interested in nudism and had concerns, too, and those are similar concerns to mine. Please don’t answer about my concerns and questions here – I want to know if I should post different questions on this site in different tags depending on what topic(s) it’s about, or if I should send an e-mail if someone gives me their e-mail and I can send it to them and let them know it’s me on Ask A Nudist – thanks. So should I post those things I have questions and concerns on related to nudism on here?

If/How to ask adult sibling to nude beach?

-

Was talking to S.O. about attending local nude beach. We were debating whether it was better to keep it just the two of us or go with a group. Of course, if we went with a group we discussed who to ask. We determined it would have to be people we are 1) comfortable going with 2) definitely going to say yes. Because if they might say no, I’d rather not bring it up. Well, on the very shirt list of possible guests was my younger adult sister. We haven’t been very close in years buy that’s just because of circumstances and schedules. We recently spent time together and it was fun. We think she might say yes because she’s a free spirit, yoga, vegetarian, herbal, NON-SMOKING types. But I don’t want to embarass myself and possibly feel ashamed at family events forever. Especially if word spreads. Best advice is just skip it altogether?

How to tell my teenage daughters I am a nudist?

-

I am Mexican and I grew up in a very prude home. Now, my husband and I would like to practice nudism more often, we are nude at home only whenever nobody else is around. We would like to become more open with our daughters but I am afraid of their reaction. When they were younger we used to be naked in front of them when taking a shower or when getting ready to leave home, but as they became teenagers they stopped showing themselves nude and we did the same. I really want them to understand that there is nothing wrong about nudity and I want them to grow confident and accepting their bodies. Any suggestions or experiences at home?

how to approach parents about nudism and being a nudist

-

I have enjoyed going nude ever since I can remember but certainly was never raised a nudist. It wasn’t uncommon to see my parents in their underwear but that’s it. When I was around 14 my parents caught me going nude and I explained to them that I like to be naked when there not home. They just told me to be careful when I do it and my dad told me to just make sure my mom was never around when I go bc it’s not acceptable to go naked around family but that was the end it. I continued going naked as much as I could and started going to the nude beach when I turned 17. Well today I went to the nude beach and when I was looking for a spot I passed my parents car….turns out I saw them on the beach from a far and they were naked. Not sure how I should approach the situation and if I should let them know I enjoy going to the beach too or just let it go. I stayed away from them and kind of hid that they because I was initially shocked and worried how they would react to seeing me there. I love going to the nude beach and go every opportunity I can. My parents also always talk about going to the beach, I just didn’t know until recently they also went to the nude beach. In addition, due to the dark all over tan it is evident they go to the nude beach often therefore, the chances of me seeing them there again are probably very good. I no longer live at home with them but was wondering how I should approach this situation and if I should let them know I enjoy going to the nude beach and being naked as often as possible. I personally think its very cool that my parents are also interested in nudism and wish I knew years ago because I would not have hid my nudism as much growing up. My only concern is how they will react if they see me there. My question is if an how I should approach this situation with my parents. Since it is the winter now, should I just try to bring up a casual conversation about enjoying being naked and going to the beach? Or should I wait until the summer and see if I run into them again at the beach… if I do should I hide? Or walk right up to them? Or go a less direct way and maybe “just so happen to be” walking by the water or getting out of the water when there doing the same and “accidentally” bump into them. That way we can all have an equal shock factor and possible discuss our mutual love for being at the nude beach. Please let me know what you think, all of your advice will be greatly appreciated
