Nudism or naturism is not a political party with a platform. Simply put, unclothed when possible, clothed when necessary, and not sexual.

A creed often refers to a religious belief so this question can be quite confusing. Are you referring to the nude beach etiquette which is a suggested practice that most nude beaches and resorts run by? If so you can find your answer here: https://askanudist.com/2012/02/06/what-exactly-is-the-nude-beach-etiquette/
If you are asking if naturism has a creed? The answer is no. I have been involved in naturism for 3.5 years and have never learned of there being a creed. As far as I know there is not one and if someone was to tell me there was one, I’d advise them they have no clue what naturism is about because it is built on a sense of freedom and personal well being which works for each and every one of us as long any actions cause no harm to another human being are done respectably with those who are surrounding that person.
I also agree with everything rabbitnbunny has to say.
I’m not aware of any creed. Perhaps you’d be interested in the AANR Bill of Rights to which I believe most of us would subscribe.http://www.aanr.com/nudist-bill-of-rights
