Depends on the resort, most are pretty laid back. Some do have some sexual overtones, and the swinging crowd can be identified pretty quickly. But most aren’t like that. A lot of clothing optional resorts will have a bar, or a BYOB policy. It is not uncommon to see someone that has had too much, but for the most part, the resorts are self policed. If someone makes you uncomfortable, people know it, and will take care of the situation. If not, file a complaint, normally the person/s will be given one warning, and then “asked” to leave. If you head to the caribbean, they are much more controlled, and security should not be noticed, or an issue. People are paying too much, to get thrown out (without a refund of course). Ok, booze and sex aside, the setting varies from rustic camps to full on resorts. You socialize, go swimming, play whatever sports are available if you want, have dinner with others, sunbathe, hot tub, sauna, and so on.
It’s all shapes, sizes, ages and races.
