How could I go about finding a job in a nudist resort?
Nudist Job – I’m a nudist and would like to find work in an environment where I could be nude. I know that it’s not as simple as just looking through the want ads.

I remember seeing help wanted ads in the AANR Bulletin. That’s the place to start.

LikeDislikeThanks, didn’t know about that. Seems like a pretty good way to start.

You will find only a few employment ads, even in the Bulletin. (Currently there are 2 for “caretaker-couples”.) Many resorts in the U.S. are small and have small staffs, and hiring is often internal or by member referrals. Also member volunteers may perform many tasks at smaller resorts. Find the resorts where you live, or would like to move (search the AANR or Naturist Society web sites), send them resumes, and make follow-up calls. The resorts with larger ads in the Bulletin or N Magazine should probably be first on your job prospect list.
You may be surprised that some large resorts may require staff to dress, however…like Caliente Resort and Paradise Lakes in Florida (which however are not AANR or TNS affiliated resorts). Don’t know about the large nudist resorts mostly on the West Coast.
Most resorts find placement for job openings right away and usually do not advertise outside of their own website. You are better off keeping watch of the AANR bulletin or submit a resume directly to resort owners for such awaiting opportunities.
If you want a job in general centered around nudism, there are several nudists who choose part time jobs as figure art models. This would be a great way for you to earn some extra income for leisure time or travel in the nude. It is also a wonderful way to outreach nudism through fellowship.
Right now Young Naturists America is seeking interns to work at home for the Bare Times. It is an unpaid position; however, we are building revenue opportunities for those who are willing to get involved. You can apply here: http://baretimes.org/contact-us-2/career
