so Im going to go backpacking in a state park read all the rules says nothing about nudity .

I would say you have to check you states, or countries, laws. In the USA they vary widely, MN you could get arrested but in WA as long as your not try to sexually excite someone public nudity is fine (especially on a hike in a state park).
Look into it though, and as always know your rights!
State parks are tricky. Many states don’t have laws against simple nudity, but they do have regulations in their state parks prohibiting it. Such is the case here in Florida. Even if there isn’t a state law or park regulation against it, there may be a county law or ordinance against it that could be applied within the park. Research carefully. Unless nudity is known to be accepted there, your best bet is to enjoy your freedom in remote areas away from textiles.
