Do first timers go to nudist resorts or nude beaches?

There is a nude beach in my area but I’d have to do some digging online to find if there’s a nearby resort.

Some non-nude people I know have tried the beach but a resort seems like a much bigger commitment, a much bigger plunge.

Do many first timers and newbies try a full nudist resort first? Or are they more for the already initiated?

I may not be the best person to answer this, but personally, I think a park/resort is better for a first time. The majority of the people at a park are like minded about nudity and it is more comfortable. At beaches, you never know who’s going to show up and what their agenda is.

Resorts are generally more family-friendly and policed/monitored. You’ll also meet people and have fun doing things!! :)

I participated at several nude beaches before going to a resort. At the time, the ease of staying anonymous, being able to drop in and out, and having the option to be clothed seemed a plus. But in the end, a club or resort probably would have worked just as well. For people who need the additional structure, a resort would probably be better for them.
